DELIVERIES, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Delivery Policy
All orders confirmed until 10 am (continental Portugal time) on working days, will be shipped on the same day.
After 10 am (Portugal time) the order will be shipped within a maximum period of 24 hours on working days, after order confirmation.
After your purchase you will receive a confirmation of it. As soon as the order is shipped you will receive an email with the details of your shipment. If you chose to pay by MBWAY (only available in Portugal) or PayPal, your order will be dispatched after receipt of payment. If you have chosen to pay by bank transfer, your order will be dispatched as soon as the payment is in our account. In this case, in order to be able to reconcile your payment with your purchase, please send us the bank transfer receipt as soon as the payment has been made.
Ratinho Biguzú will send you an email when your order is shipped.

You can track the location of correspondence abroad until you leave the country, here . Some countries may make information about objects distributed on their network voluntarily available.
Attention: Delivery times are indicative and do not include customs clearance time, if necessary.
Our prices do not include any type of tax that may be applied by the customs law of your country of destination.

Delivery
The order is delivered directly to the address indicated to us. In case delivery is not possible,
leave a delivery notice in your mailbox.
When delivering your order, please check the status of the order in the presence of the courier, highlighting any signs of non-conformity (missing product, damaged or broken shipping box). If you notice an abnormality, please note it on the delivery note. Only with this procedure will the carrier be able to assume possible responsibilities.
If you do not receive your order within 7 working days (after the estimated normal time) and in the meantime you are not contacted by the carrier, you can contact us by email ratinhobiguzu@outlook.com .
Change of delivery address
Once your order is confirmed and updated on our system, we are unable to make any changes. The customer is responsible for correctly stating the delivery address information.
However, we can try to help resolve any issue related to this matter, making the bridge with the transport company.
Liability in case of loss or damage
Once your order is shipped, Ratinho Biguzú cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transportation and other processes until it reaches you. Anyway, if you have any problems, please contact us at ratinhobiguzu@outlook.com and we will be happy to answer your questions.
Exchanges & Returns
For any complaints, you can contact Ratinho Biguzú within a maximum period of 14 days. Except for reasons of force majeure that may be considered reasonable and serviceable, no claims will be accepted after this period.

Exchanges or returns will not be accepted in case of damage caused after using the part.

All products are thoroughly examined ensuring that any product will be shipped in excellent condition. However, only if there is a manufacturing defect can you exchange or return the product (within the stipulated period mentioned above).

You must keep the invoice, a copy of which must accompany the return of the product to Ratinho Biguzú.

Before returning an order, it is necessary to contact our customer service team via email - ratinhobiguzu@outlook.com - in which all the information regarding the order must be indicated: order number, description or order. reference of the product to be returned, indicating the manufacturing defect accompanied by a photo of the product defect. And what form of reimbursement is required. It is important that the customer waits to receive our reply email with the return information and that he keeps the product in the same condition in which he received it.
